the hotel touts 24/7 reception but i personally experienced a two-hour wait OUTSIDE at 1am! what a fabulous start to my trip! also, no hand towels in the room and no one bothered to clean or refill anything after the first night, shocking. almost gave it a good review, but just couldn’t.

The rooftop terrace was a perfect chill spot, and I loved the surprise bags of croissants and water each morning!

Lack of parking facilities inspired frustration!!! A room too small for a baby cot can ruin expectations!!! The street noise, although muffled, disrupts a truly restful experience!!!

Man, the location was fire. Free breakfast in the mornings? They even left me a bag of water and cookies outside my room! Room was cozy, just right for chillin' after a long day. Staff was mad friendly too, real easy to talk to. I ain't got nothin' bad to say.

The layout of the room was quite unfortunate. The bathroom sink was outside, which felt awkward next to the bed. Additionally, the noise from the street invaded my rest even with the window closed, making it hard to sleep. Overall, the stay didn't meet my expectations due to these inconveniences.

The location is fantastic, surrounded by shops and eateries, and the rooftop area is perfect for relaxation. The room was bright, featuring two street-facing balconies, although noisy plumbing from the adjacent bathroom did disrupt my sleep. The handy communal kitchen and complimentary snacks were appreciated.

Just an appropriate option for a momentary visit in Madrid with all in all brilliant value for money. I appreciated the lovely rooftop terrace that offered a nice view of the city. Be ready for some noise at night due to the vibrant street life.

Excellent location near shops and restaurants, with a spacious room that had great soundproofing. Enjoyed the complimentary water and cookies left at the door each day. The terrace on the 5th floor for free coffee and snacks. However, the air conditioning wasn't very effective, and there was some noise from the street in the evenings. The Wi-Fi connectivity could be improved as well.

The location was perfect. right in the heart of the shopping district. Staff were super helpful. even left us a breakfast bag with croissants and water at our door. The terrace on the 5th floor was a nice spot for relaxing.

the b & b is in a super location close to tribunal metro and tons of shops. the rooftop area is fantastic for chilling out. i appreciated the kitchen with free drinks and snacks available 24/7, and the breakfast bag at my door was such a nice touch!
